Madame Pompadour had "it" and in our own span there have been outstanding "it" girls. Clara Bow (left) was a notable example. For want of a better definition, "it" may be written down as sex appeal which, in Miss Bow's case, obviously has no relation to curves, of which Miss Betty Grable (right) has more than Bob Feller. Despite difference in architecture, Miss Grable has "it". Fifty years from now, protons, neutrons ans mesons regardless, some other gal will have "it". /BNL1129736
