Peter Molnos, the author of the volume  On the Ruins of Golden Ages directed a representative exhibition at the 20th anniversary of the Kieselbach Gallery. The exhibition processing the themes of the volume and reflecting the past 20 years of the Gallery offers the visitor an extraordinary spectacle: In addition to well-known classical masterpieces unprecedented delicacies are presented. Among other things works of Munkácsy, Szinyei Merse, Jozsef Rippl-Ronai, Vaszary, Vilmos Aba-Novák, Lajos Gulácsy and Róbert Berény Robert were on the walls of the Kieselbach Gallery, where the former large Hungarian collectors world-famous foreign masterpieces, Cézanne, Gauguin and Van Gogh's works are also displayed with the help of video installations. Its curator, Peter Molnos also guided tour lasts one hundred years of time travel  int he  former palace of sumptuous halls of Adolf Kohner with the help of the modern technology.

The exhibition sensation is that in the part of the exhibition dealing with the art of Csontvary will be presented by three works, which are not included in the Buda Castle organized retrospective exhibition.

We can know in the closing hall of the exhibition what connects Kabos Gyula and 30s modern Hungarian painters, meanwhile it will finally show side by side original and counterfeit works of Vilmos Aba-Novák.

During the exhibition, the study volume sold for HUF 8,500 instead of £ 14,500.

Opening: 2015. november 6. 10:00

Closing: 2015. december 2. 18:00

The exhibition is on view on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
