Festő, grafikus. Tanulmányait a budapesti Képzőművészeti Főiskolán végezte 1967-ben. Mesterei Kmetty János, Ék Sándor, Fónyi Géza, Barcsay Jenő voltak. 1971-től 1975-ig az Életünk című folyóiratnál volt képzőművészeti rovatszerkesztő. A Szombathelyi Képtár muzeológusa 1985 óta. Egyéni kiállításon az Ernst Múzeumban 1976-ban mutatkozott be. Kollektív tárlaton szerepelt Bécsben és Berlinben. Művei megtalálhatók a Miskolci Képtárban, a Szombathelyi Képtárban és a szekszárdi Wosinszky Múzeumban.
