Mund, Hugó

Marosszentmargitta, 1892 - 1962, Los Angeles

He was a pupil of Károly Ferenczy at the Academy of Fine Arts. In the summers he worked in Nagybánya where he was often to return later as well. He married Gizella Dömötör and the couple lived .rst in Nagyvárad (Oradea) from 1919 to 1924, then in Nagybánya (Baia Mare) until 1930, where in 1924 his portfolio of lithographs was published. In 1931 they emigrated to South- America where after a short stay in Uruguay they settled down in Buenos Aires.
