Festő. Művészeti tanulmányait Szőnyi István magániskolájában (1932-1935) és Aba Novák Vilmos magániskolájában (1935-1937) kezdte. A Magyar Képzőművészeti Főiskolán tanult 1937-1942 között. Posztimpresszionista stílust idéznek olajtemperával festett kompozíciói. Mesterei: Szőnyi István, Nagy Sándor. 1978-tól állít ki, Budapesten és Szolnokon mutatta be munkáit.
